The process begins with you sending us the digital photo you wish to transform. and I will convert your digital image into a format suitable for the tintype creation process, ensuring the preservation of every detail and emotion captured in the original photograph.

Next, using traditional tintype techniques I’ll transfer your image onto a specially prepared metal plate. This meticulous process involves carefully coating the plate with light-sensitive chemicals and exposing it to create a one-of-a-kind tintype.

Once the tintype is complete, we carefully package it to protect its delicate surface during transit. Afterward, your stunning physical tintype will be sent back to you, ready to be held, admired, and proudly displayed.
